How long will my order take?
We prepare your order in 1 to 2 business days. After that, it takes 2 to 4 days for delivery in Mexico City and the metropolitan area, and 3 to 8 days for the rest of the country. We'll send you the tracking number as soon as it ships.
Can I return it if I don't like it?
Yes, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Opened products that directly touch the skin, such as lipsticks and serums with a broken seal, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How do I know which product is right for me?
